We have vast experience with Pig Qualification Testing. We can provide test loops that mimic the worst case field scenarios. We monitor and record pressure spikes as the Pig negotiates obstacles built into the Test Loop. Flex Joints and Coil Tubing "Y's" and bore transitions are normally obstacles of significance beyond the concerns over typical pipe bends and barred Tees.

We can also sweep sand (which normally collects at the base of Steel Catenary Risers) and identify how effective each Pig performs by weighing sand purposely inserted and that which is recovered. We have also provided New Pig molds in an expedited manor to avoid delays normally experienced with conventional mold fabrication.
