A variety of Spoolers are available from Cable Spoolers to Small Umbilicals.

This particular Spooler was provided to JDR Cable for 10,000 ft. of MUX Umbilical and was designed and manufactured within 10 Days. The unit is pneumatically powered with a 7.5 HP Rotary Vane Motor. The design provides for 100 fpm average spooling velocity with the capacity to handle a 20,000 lb payload. Spools are easily installed with a removable shaft. A Sprocket Adapter allows for a Multitude of Spoke Design Interfaces. The Lower Frame is also provided with extension legs providing the capacity to handle a 10 ft. Diameter Spool.
