Misalignment & Support Fixtures
We have developed Test Fixtures to list the Subsea Tree Test Stump up to 2 Degrees or what is considered as the acceptable window of well conductor spud angle. This fixture will allow testing the Subsea Tree interface during landout and provide evidence that the Isolation Sleeve is suitable for the worst case scenario. The fixture also provides the means to determine the recovery force and identify specifically the maximum buoyancy required for an HCLS deployment. The means to determine how the Choke and SCM modules perform under the same worst case scenario is also provided. The fixture is operated mechanically via Impact Gun or Torque Tool readily available during most System Integration Tests.

Other Fixtures have been developed to allow precise measurement of forces required to install & recover High Pressure Wear Bushings and Tubing Hangers. This Jack Assembly Fixture provides the ability to accurately record these forces and validate the installation procedure with factual evidence.
